The Main Line Electropneumatic Clamp is used for a correct centering and alignment of pipes.
The Main Line Clamp is properly designed and dedicated for offshore use.
The machine is composed of frames for a changeable type of use.
The movement is given from air motor while the assembly sliding wheels permit the right centering and alignment. For a proper use (firing production line with special inclinations) it can be provided of a double motorization system. The machine is provided of a tension load cell with an appropriate control display to check the critical tension of the Buckle Detector.
Its operational cycle is carried out with electrovalves controlled by a remote control connected to the machine with an ombelical cable.
